We are a very busy, Independently Owned and Managed, 4-star Hotel operating near Doncaster.

It comprises of 90 bedrooms with self-catering serviced cottages and apartments, 5 function rooms, a salon and a vibrant brasserie.

Two years ago, we approached Tracy Gethin at E.D.S. to install a new auto dosing system, in the hotel’s In House Laundry, which comprises of 7 washer Primers and Primus machines.

After consultations, we agreed terms and Tracy and her team moved in to remove the old equipment and install the new. This was conducted fast an efficiently, working into the night, which consequently did not affect the operational procedures of the housekeeping department.

Tracy visits and is in contact with me on a regular basis. She checks the equipment, making sure the laundry is to a high standard, and operating at maximum efficiency. Tracy can also write bespoke programs to fit our exact needs, as well as discussing any issues that arise.

We also use E.D.S Room Hygiene System, which our housekeepers find easy to use, and Tracy provides all the necessary training and certification.
